What are your hours?
I strive to accommodate your unique needs and provide the best experience possible. While my business hours may vary from week to week, I generally aim to keep the following schedule:
Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Reserved for photoshoots
Where are you located?
We are home-based in the NE Heights! The style and mood of your shoot will determine the perfect location—whether in-studio, around town, at home, or outdoors. I’m equally skilled with natural and studio lighting, ensuring a beautiful result no matter the setting. As a client, you’ll gain access to exclusive locations to make your session truly unique. On-location fees range from $150-$300.
Do you require a deposit to book a shoot?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure your booking. Should your schedule not allow for a weekday session, weekend shoots are available for an additional $300.
Do you offer digital files?
Yes! We offer a matching digital file with every image curated into a tangible product. Every image printed or produced will be available to you digitally to share on social media and online with your friends and family. A High-Resolution Digital File Upgrade may be purchased in addition at any time.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and secure digital payment options for your convenience. Payment plans are offered in special circumstances upon request.
How long before I see my images?
Ideally, we’ll download and review them together (time permitting), selecting your favorites for retouching right after the shoot. Fully edited and finalized images are usually ready within 1-2 weeks.
How long will it take before I receive my final product?
This entire process, from start to finish, will likely take 2-6 weeks or less. Most products offered are made in either Italy or Ireland; international shipping times range from 10 days to 4 weeks.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
You may reschedule your shoot at any time up to 48 hours before your scheduled shoot date. Should you be forced to cancel, doing so in less than 48 hours will result in losing your entire deposit. You must cancel no later than 48 hours before your scheduled shoot to receive a full refund.
Do you shoot other types of photography?
Yes! I shoot all types of photography. Not every job is the same, so not every shoot requires the same investment. Be sure to call me directly by scheduling a discovery call to see how we may be of service and if we are a right fit.
Do you offer Hair & Make-up?
Yes! Professional hair and makeup styling is an upgrade option for $200. Get the Glam Makeover look before your shoot and alleviate the pressure of worrying about how you look the day of. I can book you a Professional Hair and Makeup Artist, or you can book your own preferred artist.
